I work hard to keep in touch with my sellers and landlords and keep them updated on what's happening with their properties. I keep them informed through face to face contact, voice to voice phone calls, emails, voice mail, texts and even occasional hand-written note. I keep open ended communication lines and do my best to be transparent so they know exactly what to expect throughout various transactions, whether it is a listing, sales or lease transactions.
